Recipe:

Joe’s Veggie Concoction

Carrots-12 baby or 2 large

Celery- two stalks

Jicama- half a small

Cucumber-half

Green Apple -one

Gold Beet – one small

Mix with Ice and cold water in the Vita Mix to reach desired texture and viscosity.
